Manifesto

One person. A hundred AI agents. Then who knows?

Nobody knows exactly what tomorrow looks like when people and agents work side by side. Let's find out along the way.

person : AI agents

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang predicts that, in the near future, each of us will manage as many as 100 AI agents. Will that make us 100 times more productive? Maybe — but only if we learn how to lead them.Prediction by Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA

What I believe

Six beliefs for working alongside agents.

  1. 01

    Start where the work hurts.

Not where the demo shines. Look for the queue that backs up, the report nobody trusts, the handoff that loses a day.

  2. 02

Fix the process before you automate it.

A hundred agents on a broken workflow give you a hundred times the mess. Simplify first, then decide what AI should do.

  3. 03

Leading agents is the new core skill.

Teams will grow less by hiring and more by learning to brief, train, review and improve AI agents. That's what I teach.

  4. 04

Every agent has a human owner.

Agents drift and make mistakes. Someone has to notice within a day, not a quarter. Ownership turns an experiment into something you can rely on.

  5. 05

Measure hours returned, not tools bought.

Licences and pilots are inputs. What counts is time given back to people and work that moves faster.

  6. 06

    Be honest about what changes.

Some roles will change a lot. Saying so openly, and helping people retrain early, keeps the trust the change depends on.

We don't know what tomorrow looks like with millions of agents working alongside people. Let's find out.

Why “After AI”

After AI is a destination, not a date: businesses that use AI with confidence, teams that are more capable and less stretched, and people with a real place in what comes next.
